Dr. Jennifer A. Livesay, doctor of veterinary medicine, is an Oklahoma native who grew up in Tulsa. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 2000. While in high school, she ran track and cross country, taught swing dancing, sang in several choirs, and participated in an acting troupe. She graduated with the International Baccalaureate diploma.
Dr. Livesay graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2005. She took a few years off from school but continued working in the veterinary field. She taught Veterinary Assisting at Community Care College in Tulsa for three years and worked as a veterinary assistant at a 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital for five years. Dr. Livesay earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 2014. She joined the team at Manley Animal Hospital in May of 2014.
Dr. Jennifer Livesay has specific interests in ophthalmology, emergency medicine, and exotic pet medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association, and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society. Dr. Livesay's pet family includes three dogs, two cats, a rat, a bearded dragon, and several rabbits.
