Meet our staff

Manley Animal Hospital has a compassionate and well-trained staff.

Most of our staff members have been working at our hospital for more than five years, many over 10 years and a few over 15 years.

We make great efforts to train our staff and as a result we are capable of providing high-quality patient care.

Ashley Cochran, RVT

Ashley Cochran


Has worked at Manley Animal Hospital for over a year.

Graduated Dewey High School in 2003. Studied in art, choir, and Biology.

Ashley married Tony Cochran in 2007. They have four cats (Cooper, Lily, Sammy, and Tazmos), four dogs (Bailey, Mia, Pippa, and Bear), and two Horses (Gus and Bay).

Attended Veterinary Technician’s Program at Tulsa Community College in 2007. Graduated with a Bachelor in Science and became licensed as a registered veterinary technician in the state of Oklahoma in 2009. Plans on specializing her license in the near future.

Jackie Mensch, Practice Manager

Practice Manager

Has worked at Manley Animal Hospital for 23 years.

She is the smiling face when you walk in the door.

Hobbies include: Fishing, gardening, and spending time with her grandkids.

Jayme Morris, Receptionist

Jayme Morris


Has worked at Manley Animal Hospital since June 2009.

She has two dogs named Remi and Tucker.

Hobbies include: crafts, spending time with friends, fishing, and shopping.

Mika Evans, Kennel Assistant

Kennel Assistant

Has been working at Manley Animal Hospital since 2014.

Has two dogs, a Portuguese water dog (Pink), and a Staffordshire bull terrier (Slick).

Hobbies include: fishing, riding motorcycles, and being outside.

Stacy Marshall, Receptionist

Stacy Marshall


Has worked at Manley Animal Hospital since 2012 (worked in another veterinary practice for seven years before working at Dr. Manley’s)

She has been married for 21 years and has two amazing sons. One attends Bartlesville High School and is a junior, and the other attends OSU and is a sophomore.

She has three dogs (Glitter, Eevee and Pippy) and two cats (Emma and Kit Kat).

Hobbies include: spending time with family, target shooting, walking her dogs, and spending time outside.

Tammy Brown, Vet Assistant

Tammy Brown

Vet Assistant

Has worked at Manley Animal Hospital since August 1989. She left for a short time and came back in 2006.

She has five children, three girls and two boys.

She has three dogs (Kikka the Rottweiler, Dingus the Australian Cattle dog, and LingLing the Chihuahua); and two cats (Miss Kitty and Mittens).

Hobbies include: baking, spending time with her children, and volunteering as the assistant leader with the Girl Scouts.
